Ol Gotì delle Mura

Ol Gotì delle mura, a drop from the walls. A liqueur based on grappa, honey and camomile flowers that is born right here in Bergamo, City of the walls. The name includes the meaning of the ingredients of this drink: the walls, which symbolize the grappa, the alcoholic part. The true foundations powerful, strong, firm, without which no house would exist. Then “ol gotì”, the drop or, better said, the droplet, of chamomile and honey, which represents a sweet melody, that goes to give a light touch, lovely, delicate. More than a liqueur at the end of a meal, “Ol’ Gotì delle mura” is a treat, a drink to be enjoyed with carelessness: it has the taste of a liqueur, but the taste of honey melted in a chamomile meadow.
