Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is a wine that tells a story of passion and authenticity. Originating from the renowned wine area of Valpolicella, this red wine comes from a traditional method known as “ripasso”, in which the base wine ferments on the prestigious Amarone aging grapes, acquiring rich and deep flavors. The result is a refined wine, with an intense aroma of red fruits, spices and subtle hints of chocolate, which gradually manifests to the taste. Ideal to accompany complex dishes such as roasts, stuffed pasta or aged cheese, the Valpolicella Ripasso is an authentic sensory journey. Each bottle is a tribute to quality and tradition, an ideal selection for those who love a wine that, in addition to being pleasant, is authentic.

My brother Stefano and I have been growing vines since 1992 on our own land in the hilly area of the municipality of Marano di Valpolicella, San Pietro in Cariano and Negrar. Since 1993 in the locality “Semonte”, in the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano, we own one hectare of vineyard. In 2000, in “Ca’ Coato”, in the municipality of Negrar, precisely in the hilly belt that extends between San Vito and Roselle, we bought a plot of about 2 hectares that we planted with varieties typical of the area, raised with guyot system. From the beginning, we have chosen to work with respect for the environment, practicing guided and integrated control in order to use as few pesticide products as possible.
This wine is obtained from the grapes Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella harvested in October, with exclusively manual harvest and selection of bunches, in the vineyards located in Valpolicella Classica, in the municipalities of Marano di Valpolicella, San Pietro in Cariano e Negrar, at an altitude between 150 and 350 meters above sea level.
