At the “Bosco”, where the air is fresh and silence is interrupted only by the rustling of leaves, grow currants, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. Hand-picked at their best, they are transformed into Forest Fruit Jam, a concentrate of intense and authentic flavor. The natural sweetness of fruit is combined with a slight acidic note, ideal for breakfast or to accompany cow and goat cheese. Without preservatives, only selected fruits, sugar and a touch of lemon. A single taste is enough to evoke the scent of undergrowth.
