In the heart of Franciacorta, the Faccoli family has always had a clear idea: to create a wine without compromises, essential and direct. Their Dosaggio Zero represents a pure expression of the territory, a Franciacorta with a straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent bubble. The mouthfeel is dry and vibrant, with an elegant texture that reflects the choice not to add sugar after the firs open. Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir blend in a perfect balance, offering a vinous and dry profile, in line with the philosophy of the winery. When they started to produce sparkling wines, the Faccoli brothers were twenty years old. The style was not a problem: until the ’80s they did not use the liquer, and their only product was a very dry Brut. The dryest and powerful bubbles of the first experiments fully met their personal taste, and they understood that they did not love soft sparkling wines. In 1986, they stacked some bottles in the baskets, with the intention of leaving them for 10 years. Meanwhile, they began to propose products that were dry and vinous.
