This is where the Franciacorta Extra Brut originates, a wine carefully worked in every detail, which matures on the lees to enrich itself with complexity and personality. Its straw yellow color, with golden reflections, announces a thin and lasting perlage. The nose opens aromas of citrus, ripe fruits and aromatic yeasts, while the palate is fresh and lively, in harmonious balance between acidity and body. It is the genuine manifestation of a region predisposed to bubbles, of a limited production that values quality. A Franciacorta that tells the passion of those who, with commitment, saw it grow.
As winegrowers, Silvano and Daniele decided to put themselves in the game with their own Franciacorta: a small production that is carefully cared in every detail, which allows them to give rise to a balanced and “pampered” wine, thanks to long aging on lees and outtakes.
Bright to the eye, a straw yellow colour with slightly golden reflections, with a rich and creamy foam and a refined and persistent perlage. The flavour releases delicate notes of citrus and ripe fruit and hints of yeast and bread crust. Franciacorta has a fresh, aromatic and vibrant flavour, with an excellent balance between the taste and olfactory components, acidity and sugar.
