In the hills of Predappio, where the wind whispers between the rows and the forest looks quietly, Bro’ is born. A Trebbiano that emanates scents of yellow flowers, mimosa and broom, with a touch of apple and citrus. In the cup it appears clear, pure, just like the soil that created it. The first taste offers an ideal balance between freshness and delicacy, with a flavor that evokes the memory of the hill. Each drop tells the story of a region and its past, and this is a wine that manages to express itself fully, replicating the technical characteristics of the region in which it is produced.
Noelia Ricci is a winery located in Predappio, in the province of Forlì, Emilia Romagna. They produce three wines, only native varieties, Sangiovese and Trebbiano. Our wineyards are located in the hills, under an ancient forest, between 250 and 340 m above sea level on clayey but light soils. The discovery of an ancient archive on biodiversity inspired us, and has become part of Noelia Ricci’s ‘imaginary’ world.
Straw yellow colour with good transparency. Notes of yellow flowers, mimosa and broom in the nose, then apple and a slight hint of citrus. The palate is savory, fresh and soft with floral aromas.
