In the valleys of Bergamo, where dairy tradition is still an art, the Crosta Fiorita al Naturale di Ca’ Morone is born. This soft cheese, made from selected goat’s milk, is distinguished by its crust, which is covered with natural molds developed during a short period of aging. When cut it has a creamy consistency. The taste is acidic but well balanced, typical of goat cheeses, and enriched by the aromas of the crust. It is a genuine product, the result of artisanal processes that enhance the quality and freshness of goat’s milk.

Ca’ Morone is located in Valbrembilla, in the province of Bergamo and produces goat cheese of different types. The cheese comes exclusively from goats that are fed following the traditional Bergamo standards that manage to guarantee the freshness and palatability of their goats.
