In the heart of the Bergamo valleys, where the rhythm is marked by the activity of the cheese makers, comes to life the Ca’ Morone Capra Taleggio’s. Here, the milk of goats bred according to tradition is transformed into a cheese with a soft and creamy texture, carefully seasoned to highlight the rich and enveloping taste. A time dedicated to shepherds and their families, today the Goat Taleggio offers the same authenticity, but is tasted with greater awareness: it is perfect in combination with dried tomatoes or bitter honey, for example. Each taste tells a story of territory and dedication, to be lived in peace.
Ca’ Morone is located in Valbrembilla, in the province of Bergamo and produces goat cheese of different types. The cheese is derived exclusively from goats that are bred following the traditional Bergamo standards that manage to guarantee the freshness and palatability of their goats.
