From the hills of the Langhe, where the Nebbiolo dominates, Rosanna is born, a classic method that amazes and conquers. Its delicate pink color shines in the glass, crossed by a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose, an explosion of flowers and red fruits are perceived mixing with delicate notes of yeast. In the mouth, freshness prevails, accompanied by a delicate tannin that gives structure and personality. Finally, a subtle sweetness envelops the palate. Born from the passion of Sergio Germano, Rosanna represents the perfect balance between tradition and novelty, between elegance and depth.
Son of art, Sergio Germano from a young age had the ambition to create a winery, to vinify their grapes and bottle them. In 1985, just after finishing his studies, Sergio started working in the family company in Serralunga and together with his father Ettore, planted the first Chardonnay and created the first structure that allows to fill up about 5000 bottles. From here, the beginning of the history of the winery Ettore Germano.
The wine presents with a fine perlage, soft but bright pink color. Explosive nose of fruit, red and white flowers, with slight hint of yeast. In the mouth the entry is full, dominated by a long and persistent freshness and austerity of the light tannins, typical of the Nebbiolo grape. The finish reveals a sweetness that remains long in the retro-aroma.
