The Valpolicella has always been a region that offers wines of great structure, complex and fascinating. Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC is just one of those wines. The different types of grapes mix with hints of black cherries, red fruits, creating a round and enveloping taste in the mouth. This wine also has an important alcoholic note, which elevates it to the status of elegant and fine wine, to be paired with red meat dishes in the middle of a prepared table. The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC has always been such a rich and elaborate wine that it reveals all its taste only on the best occasions.
Six wines are produced by the Clementi family, starting from the emblematic wine of this land, Valpolicella, that takes the name of the area, and then continue with Valpolicella Superiore, Valpolicella Ripasso and Amarone della Valpolicella, prince of the territory; all produced with grapes native to the territory in different percentage for each reference and then Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta. Then add a red wine and a red wine.
Amarone is an intense ruby red, with a bouquet of riped red and black fruits, plum jam, cherries and aromas of dried fruits and marasca, to which are added spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. For its uniqueness it is considered a great “meditation wine”.
