In addition to the famous production of Moscato di Scanzo, of which De Toma is an expert, there is also this red wine for meals. The mark is always towards the sweet moscato which is the protagonist of this company but, for those less fond of strong wines, dry and acidulous, the Cardinal is perfect. The notes of muscat reach the palate already at the nose, the scents of red berries envelop the glass, anticipating the taste. The rest is revealed at the tasting, to be discovered together with the game of the territory of Bergamo, which certainly enhances all its qualities.
